Operate all types of CD-R DVD -R printing machine, given good production daily as per work order and as per Q.C Parameters ,target achieve, controlling rejection , sample prepared for Customer , maintain 5S on work Station , machine set as per SOP

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
