Dislikes- No Career growth, No salary review, changing management, Indian management with low skill, Low quality, Without any values.

Great learning till 2016-17 afterwards terrible in terms of learning. Multinational culture, good infrastructure, cleanliness at work area. Sports, Gym, Fair canteen facility.

Dislikes

Policies for mid level are terrible, No growth even for deserved. No value of qualified employee, Most of Managers hv low education level. Top management keeps changing year by year, far away from Vision Mission pasted everywhere no one is taking care of. Recent top low cost management can cut your benefits or even u any time with a cunning smile.

Work Culture, Everything is on systematic way no short cut, each work has procedure to do and strictly follow by management. Sports day & festivals are sponsored by company with nice arrangements. many more

ya there are some politics in the company, and salary increment is nothing i work 5 years with same salary no increment but other benefits are good.
