Acompany under Tata Group=Forbes with an excellent base with collaboration with FACIT sweden and which diversified in several areas under an able and freiendly MD . Freedom of operation and recognition made me stay and work for the second innings

Dislikes

Management changes without any proper reason resulted in dissatisfaction of sincere and devoted employees and hence had to follow the suit

Work Details

After my first innings of 7 years was given an opportunity to serve as DivisionalMgr in charge of appliance divn to set up PHilips Mixer Grinder project in Pondy which was quite challenging to work with philips team

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
