They give you lot of learning opportunities. and there is no restriction on doing any learnings you want to upskill yourself.

Dislikes

There is no clarity on what is expected from a Senior consultant and when the time comes for rating it, they will be saying you didn't meet the expectations. whereas the expectation was not set in first place. Even if you do good work in projects or certifications, still that won't be the factor for your ratings. So, the Talent management have to set some proper process where the Individuals contribution is tracked by the leadership /Counsellor which i don't see happening here. They also have a very small salesforce practice, hence the project will all be of short duration, and you will be on bench very regularly.
