EY is superb place for your professional growth. People are really cooperative and polite there. Organization provides you many opportunities to enhance your skills at professional as well as personal levels. There is difference between seniors and juniors. They believe in equality. Everyone is treated in the same manner with due respect. One should definitely join this organisation.

Sometime due to office workload you have to stretch yourself that hamper your personal life as well. But I know there was a incidence, Where a manager talked with me in very wrong manner that was really unacceptable. He told me that "I will make sure ki aap tak vapas Naa paye is organisation mei jab tk aap CA. na ban jaye". Although that was my right to complaint about that manager's "unacceptable words" But next time if this type of behavior happens again I will definitely complaint so that nobody else will suffer this behaviour....Read More

Policies are not employee friendly. HR doesn't act as a support function. Yearly increments are not attractive.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
