Not a good company and culture. Culture of the management and the team is very bad . They ruined women's life .Not empowerment in that company Some show offs only happened. Not recommended. Very bad job culture . No projects. No Bonus, 10 xDS is a service providing company. But they have enough client and no good projects.

As a startup company it provides a lot of opportunities and work exposure to its employees.

Dislikes

Employees are made to over work and the renumeration provided is below market standards.

Work Details

As they don't provide much of a salary package employees don't tend to stay here for long. This in turn overburdens the people who stays back in the company and most of the employees have to work more than 12hrs/day which inturn effects their family life.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. As it's a startup firm we get a lot of opportunities to work closely with clients and the company also makes resources work on multiple tools based on the requirements which helps the employee to upskill faster when compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Low compensation and a lot of deductions including the employer contribution to pf is deducted from the CTC. Work life balance is very poor.

Work Details

Always needs to extend our working hours to more than 12 hrs a day to complete the projects. This is because resource allocation and project deadline commitments made by the managerial team is not practical.
