I have learnt so much in my first 6 months. I got to work with the out of India team. My team was very welcoming and brilliant. I have Learnt agile methodologies, and grew as a confident person.

They dont have much opportunities for experienced developers. They need to bring much challenging projects so people can level up the work energy every day.

Good to learn but still things are under development hence no proper training materials and you may end up with something else

No job security as you will be moved to different teams now and then and any time you can be fired too if company not performs well. I saw a huge layoff even when other companies were doing good. I have seen employees being treated without respect also they are always scared of job loss.Lot of politics.

1.EXPLEO postponed appraisals just before review meetings. 2. I worked with them more than 2.5 years on need basis worked 12 hrs per day also and hardly were on bench more than 1.5 months they force me to come to office in hybrid culture and on the same first day asked me to resign my self and serve notice period. If they were planning something they could have informed earlier I could have managed but because of them now I am paying extra rent, paid brokerage, rent agreement fees couldn’t just go home 😔😔...Read More
