No career growth, No training session provided by Experis, only once get increment (900 Rs only) in 3 years tenure, And the worst thing is job security. We got the notice mail just 15 days before from HR saying 30th April is your last working day with Experis as our tenure is end with client. No discussion about employee before this cause they must be knowing this fact & should be share with employees witch are working with that client. Totally disappointed with Experis IT. You can not trust any of higher management people . Specifically my manager and her manager working with these people my experience was worst ...they will just pretend to be with you but they are the only one who is ready to kick you out of office ..... you are not allowed to change your seat without their permission . I suffered alot during my 9 months work with experis .... you can not get wfh in your extreme emergency as well but some ppls in team and even manager can get wfh for silly reasons...My Manager Pranita Mankar pressurize team to work on weekends ....she make suck environment to employees so they can themselves resign .....she is the worsted manager I ever had...Read More

Always making strategies towards employee how to pressurise them and harass team so that they will leave the job without saying anything about her. Pranita Mankar is bad manager in Experis IT Manpower Group. I public protest her.
