EXL Services is worst company to work with. Their upper management always try to save their ruthless and characterless assistant manager. I am particularly talking about Pune's EXL office. Their security is pathetic they themselves keep on steal things from employees which are kept in locker. work life balance is pathetic as well. but I agree it depends on managers as well. some got good managers, and some got pathetic managers. Overall, it's not a good company to work with. Don't lose hope there are good companies as well. Give interviews for that but not for EXL....Read More

No growth and learning. No transparency and zero job security. People who has given many years to exl got fired a day after there project ended and they were not billable. Not employee friendly zero culture. Higher management is totally worthless

Employees are sent on bench abruptly due to highly volatile projects having less than 3 months duration of contract. Employees are put in a position to keep giving internal interviews every few months(within 4 months). No proper communication from senior management regarding project updates.
