Supervisor are not supportive they force you to come to the office even you have family issues or health issues. I'm working in hybrid mode but they don't allow me to do WFH when i need in emergency.

No growth and learning. No transparency and zero job security. People who has given many years to exl got fired a day after there project ended and they were not billable. Not employee friendly zero culture. Higher management is totally worthless

No project/client/account has confirmation due to which employee remains on non billable acounts for months. Employees are sent on bench abruptly due to highly volatile projects having less than 3 months duration of contract.
