Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

The environment is good.Collegues and Managers are very supporting.During these lockdown period they are conducted tranings for the colleague's who dont have wfh for their skill development also helped in financial platform as well

The transport department is little bit lazy and doesn't understand the problem easily.

The job is quite interesting. I Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal traning session.I learnt everything on job but the collegues and my Manager is so supportive that I didnt face that much trouble in learning anything.
