Although the management is okay, there has been excessive pressure on writers to carry out difficult jobs, and address feedback files and revisions simultaneously. Also, the project managers in most cases do not understand the predicament of writers, and think allocating pages is the solution to every problem.

The company has a terrible work culture. No inspiration, no motivation and they expect us to get excel in every domain. They dont even give any bonus, rise in salary and do not conduct any meeting to hear out their employees. The CEO of the company is total disrespectful person. He doesn't even know how to talk with people. He screams and expect that employees will work with this attitude. Sometimes i feel sorry for him as he is a total frustrated person with no prior knowledge to run a company.All he wants from you is to do tons of work without expecting any positive feedback or acknowledgedment. The HR of the firm is just a dummy. She have no power. All decisions are taken by the CEO himself.
