Worst experience ever. They just torture the employee and the director is use abusive language. Please don't join. Director is a dictator and blackmails the employees.

The most positive thing of working here is that a developer is exposed to numerous technologies that he/she has to work in. Hence, the growth is good and there is a lot to learn over here.

Dislikes

You will not have holidays on Saturdays. There is only one Saturday holiday in one month.

My work here includes full stack development and handling a team of 6-8 developers regarding the products of this company.

Small scale company(Medical domain) not more than 20-25 member. Good for fresher but have to work independently. Salary is good for fresher. I had work for 3 years. Max exp. java people will be 3-4 yrs but they will try best to give you knowledge. Appraisal is good depends on how you perform. No HR, Ceo or boss handling all things. Work-life balance good.

Dislikes

No PF or extra expense you will get. Have to depend on Boss for payslip and some other HR related things. Only 3rd sat leave.

Work experience good, you have to do r&d on your own. Little dictatorship, try not to hurt ego of CEO, else good person in personal life too.
