Nothing to like about. They will make you work on most Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and may come up saying that your work was pending so you had to complete it. Lots more to say about.

Dislikes

No Professionalism at all. They would force Notice period on you. They would call you for meeting at night also when you are sleeping and then send a mail asking why you didnt attended. No Appraisals at all or Salary increase. They will not provide relocation costs. For even valid issues also the directors would pitch in and spend unnecessary time on meetings and no productivity. Lots more to say about....Read More

We do acknowledge the last few months were hard but at the same time, this was also a result of how much freedom we had provided our employees at the workplace. This resulted in critical delays to important projects and we had no choice but to work round the clock to ensure that our clients were rewarded for their trust in us. As a result of this learning, we have been able to introduce, new robust processes that now help us identify performance issues in time and allow us to mitigate the possible impact of this on our project teams. Dumb people having ample money to run IT business.

Dislikes

Management doesn't know anything about IT business. This company is a big scam. Talented and career focused people should refrain from joining this organization. It's a waste of time. They fool employees, vendors, partners and clients as the managements decision is never stable. Employees are treated as sheeps here. It's a family run organization and the characters are worst than The Simpsons.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for the feedback, and yes there are certainly issues we as a young growing company have faced and will continue to face as we expand and ramp up. That being said, it would be helpful if you specified the exact nature of the problem you faced when you were working here. Not just for us, but also for other potential jobseekers who might want to read and understand about us through what you've written. How do we fool people? What have we done specifically that amounts to this? It would be of immense help to us if you could point specific instances of this happening. Also, we are sorry that you think we are dumb and have too much money, we'll certainly work on improving the former, but we aren't we sure how we can change the latter. Perhaps, we might become poorer and smart and that might help, but we are not sure. We have worked very hard the past year to streamline a lot of processes, and this includes independent third party audits that have allowed us to plug and address a lot of gaps that existed in the system. As a part of this streamlining we have been able to identify a lot issues like non performance, moonlighting and financial irregularities, which has been of immense help in improving the work environment for our employees. We'll continue to work on improving ourselves through constructive feedback from everyone. The work culture is really bad, mini micro management, alot of communication gap, employee is never important for the management. HR want things differently and Managers want things differently. In back side HR and Management both are playing together to trouble the employees. Regret to join this company. First they will say something and next day it will be changed and they will never agree that they are at fault. They play blame games only. One more important thing as per there convience they keep changing the policies and employee is never aware of the change. In induction they will tell so big big things(cloudy dreams) and after 4ms it will get burst. Stupid applications they use to track each and everything what you are doing on laptop how much time you have spend on which tool which website detailed information.
