Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your feedback, it's disappointing to see that you have had a negative experience with us. We do understand your concerns, and are working very hard to address many of the concerns raised by you here, but as a small/medium company on an accelerated growth path, somethings will take time. That being said, our employee centric initiatives have steadily grown in the last couple of years and will continue to do so as we grow too. We are for example one of the very few organizations of our size to have a state of the art HR enablement platform for our employees. Other initiatives like farm to office and employee engagement initiatives have allowed existing employees to enjoy benefits seldom found elsewhere. But as with all change, some of it will take time. In the interim, we do encourage you to be more transparent when communicating your concerns to the management and be more specific about what you find lacking, since it will help us address those issues on priority. Dear reviewer, Thank you for the feedback, we are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience while working with us. Some of the issues outlined by you here are issues that all small and medium companies face, like having a dedicated cafeteria space for example. We'll grow and change issues like that when the time comes, but for now our employees have been patient enough to understand that these things take time. Regarding the other issues, the company has a zero tolerance policy for workplace politics and to that end we have a dedicated helpline and mail ID where employees can anonymously submit complaints which are responded to and resolved impartially. We have prided ourselves in being able to achieve everything we have because of the efforts of our employees and this extends to being empathic and supportive of their needs. Whether it's the numerous employee engagement activities that happen on a weekly basis or other employee centric initiatives like profit sharing, we have bought about a slew of measures that are aimed at addressing all the issues outlined by you here. Through all our 15 years of existence, this organization has not faced even a single employee lawsuit over legal issues. However there will always be room for improvement and we understand that not everyone is going to be satisfied with how we do things.
