Since the day I have joint the company I have felt like a family a part of the company, never felt im working in some company. I have done work like its my own work. Its been more than 3 years im working with the compay now every day there is something new to learn here, as a person i am growing and developing my skills of work here. Speaking of job security, where there is work you will never feel your job is insecure or you can loose your job any time. A person always looses his/her job when there is no work or he doesn't perform honestly. I have already mentioned above that I feel like a family working in the company its that transparent. When you perform good company always appreciates your good work with better appraisals and bonus annually.
