Over company is growing which gives more opportunities for growth

HR department and Senior director in the department i worked for was not at all professional, she created a culture of gossips and dirty politics in the team due to which even the attrition rate of that team is very high. No levels of hierarchy are respected and micromanagement. No Respect of tenured employees, she created culture of favoritism due to which hardworking and experienced and knowledgeable employees are leaving the organization which results in poor quality of work and poor quality of culture...Read More
