It is a research firm, and not attractive in terms of switching / exit opportunities. Learning is minimal as well.

Excellent culture; helpful colleagues; campus hires are generally from top b schools

Dislikes

Earlier they used to hire from top bschools but now most of lateral hires are from tier 2 bschools - the quality of colleagues has reduced considerably; the work is not suitable for mba folks specially who have a consulting mindset. Most of the work is mundane and creating ppts, very less of excel and data is involved ( though they proclaim that they give insights from data). Most of the work is done for clients that are service providers - mind u very less of enterprise and product vendors. And above all the more time you spend here, the lesser the chances of exit. Also management is least interested to understand your professional goals, will make you work on dumb projects that in my understanding brings no benefit to ur career. When all the competitor firms are giving 40-50% hike( ~20% yearly hike), here these guys are giving 10% peanut hikes even when the business has grown manifold...Read More

The work life balance is good. Nobody forces office times or project timelines on you aggressively as long as you get the work done. The compensation is better than the peers in the research area

Dislikes

The skill development is a joke. They hire people from the best institutes only for them to work on trivial excel and powerpoint reports without any significant learning. Stay here 2 years and you might not find a job elsewhere.
