Too much negativity among the teams, reporting managers do not know how to treat issues. Lot of HR issues and there is always salary issues, there is no clarity on what the deductibles are and not constant

I have joined eurofins in the month of January by hearing it's good product based company. Within short time frame I got to know about the company and its poor managers. I have joined for automation QA but they deployed me as manual tester. I have told my manager that I'm automation QA but they had very less projects. I have reported this issue to the HR but she told she sorry for the inconvenience you can leave the organisation. Also managers in this company all are brainless humans. They just treat employees like dumbs. Salary pay is very equal to freshers it's very true.. there are so many conflicts and discrepancies in this company.
