They are not supporting. They are firing people.

Politics from Managers and team leads. both managers and leads are quite highly paid and very old guys. they are not dynamic and updated. they made the environment survival instinct. this company wont survive as a company for longer time. they may close the operations soon.

This company has lost its prime a couple of years ago. now only politics and politics and politics nothing else here.. they say it is a product based but they aren't delivering any products. everything dragged more than 5 years.
