There is no structured Organizing. Mangers are very scary to control the team members. Managers are lazy to nominate the team members for Quarterly star performer awards. No Career Growth, No Work life balance, Restricted Work from homes only five days but that too do not take every month and those will not carry foreword. mangers says that work from homes is a felicity provided by company when needed but not mandatory to take every time. No hierarchy to contact team members directly when you have concerns about mangers. Worse and bad thing at Eurofins is 1. "Hiding environment information to team members" 2. People are ready to throw the blame on team members always 3. People will not help you out when you need help from other teams if you send email or pings. they only respond when you walk through them and stand behind them this culture is created by Big heads not by the mangers not by the team members . Director level guys use to say that walk through the desk and ask them to do immediately. 4. Entire Organization has issue with sharing information with new joiners. 5. No KT provided to people who joined newly into the team feeling bad with work culture, No work satisfaction. No Team outings, No appreciations...Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
