Good learning experience w.r.t to technical stack used in the project I worked. Learnt good coding and designs principles. Good team members to work with. Satisfactory salary compensation.

Some projects have more work pressure, due to which work life balance gets impacted. Hiring process is not good, very linient due to which always there will be challenges dealing with mediocres and hence might impact job security for some.

Worst company. No work life balance. Here in any project you have to 12 hours. If you newly joined then you have to suffer lot. While planning leads considered weeken and holiday hours also. And terrible politics.
