Company has a good culture and especially work life balance compare to other service based companies. This company is overall nice. It's depends on project to project and manager obviously hahahha

Some managers really do micromanagement and politics here and i think it's everywhere where ever you go. You will face politics and micro management. So make yourself ready to face such things

Only people who does bucketing to manager will get timely promotions and Good hikes, your efforts are not recognized only the level of bucketing you do matters mainly in Comlims It's weird that manger here expects you to call them sir rather than by name What else worse is managers thinks as if they are giving hikes from their own packets
