There can be some politics but that's true for any organisation. If you let your work speak, politics won't be much of a hindrance

Opportunity to work with latest technologies, talented architects and managers. Free food and cab facility. Excellent growth opportunities. Managers are easily reachable.

Eurofins feels stuck, recently more emphasis on infra projects. Salary hike , promotions are hard to come..HR and Leadership seems disconnected. Senior leadership has no meaningful work, just happy holding to their stagnant positions for paycheck with influence.

Old technology and people are using wpf applications still and no growth or promotion , QA team has members who are there for decade and they will retire there itself and after spending years I lost my communication skill , technical skills and worst team I ever worked in my lifetime.
