If you are a fresher you will get opportunities to work in Electrical Automation products from production to Commissioning stage. You have to show lot patience to get good hike from the company. At some times you may feel that you are underpaid. You need to improve your skills on your own as there are less number of technically sound professionals. Low compensation, multitasking work, typical management team, no esi, pf and some other benefits for the most recent joinees. U should join the company without appointment letter.. At the time of relieving only u ll get it that too from the your department head as there is no hr team for this organisation.
