U can't like anything when you are working in an insecure environment and your jab can be taken away at any moment even if client appreciates your work!

Some people think that they own the company and to satisfy their ego they misuse their power by taking away jobs of many of employees.. I made the mistake of joining this company by not taking these reviews seriously.. and then of course suffered..

I have been employed at Espire for a duration of 2 years. The nicest part, in my opinion, is the extremely flexible work environment; no one micromanages the staff; work-from-home requests are granted with ease; and no one has ever asked you to report to work two or three days a week. They simply ask that you do the work that is allocated to you; the only thing they want is that you finish the task on time, regardless of where you finish it....Read More

I had a challenging experience working at Espire, The management was very unprofessional and rude, Senior management evenly behave like street vendors, they don’t have work ethics. Salary payment were often delays, even Full and final settlement takes months, even a work environment involved a lot of unnecessary struggle. No job security. They expect even developer to do sales to client.
