It's very worst company and they hired immediately for projects and once it's settled down they immediately fire you without any notice and HR staff are very terrible and remote working guys they just use and through it.

Everything from top to bottom. People don't quit jobs, they quit management. Was very stressful and I was harassed constantly by management in every possible way one can imagine. Not a safe workplace for women.

The org is run by one person from technical point of view , all these review of job security are stale, there is no job security at all , people are treated like shit they are forced to submit positive feedback for company , if you can butter someone boots then only join just to be fired the next six months all these people who have stayed here for more than 5 years are family members , relatives or close friends . No hike for past 4 years , all time threat over job security even though you have project still they will fire u once it is stable and they will make fresher sit on it at cheap rate .no work life and this throughout all projects , no skill dev , nothing good . just take there offer letter to leverage somewhere else . it does not require a person to know that if org is led by two head it will drown , they have two ceo , i mean like what?...Read More

I feel there could be improvements in communication, better project planning, and more support for employees. Additionally, there is a lack of job security, which affects morale. A more open and collaborative environment would make a big difference.

There is nothing to be liked, only benefit is you can get Work from home for sometime, if manager is in good mood.

Dislikes

No proper appraisal cycle, sometimes they follow march sometimes they follow september and sometimes they can even skip the appraisal. No proper discipline in upper management. Management does not stick to its words. They are a contractual basis company in mask of a permanent basis means they can fire you anytime.

1) No projects 2) Awful management 3) There are two HR teams: one for Hiring and the other for evaluating those who have not been assigned and are being processed for layoff. 4) The finance team is very awful they have not cleared my reimbursement. 5) They are forcibly said to give 5 stars in The Great Place to work.

I had a challenging experience working at Espire, The management was very unprofessional and rude, Senior management evenly behave like street vendors, they don’t have work ethics. Salary payment were often delays, even Full and final settlement takes months, even a work environment involved a lot of unnecessary struggle. No job security. They expect even developer to do sales to client.
