No work culture. No company policies. No compensations.

Dislikes

One of the worst experience ever. This is company which was built on support but now support is one of the ignored sectors in company. In the big decisions even the CTO of company is ignored. Very orthodox mentality. Your team lead and seniors get jealous if you get any professional help from any other person.

When you enter the building there is no assurance of how long your shift will be.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
