I have concerns about my company, such as the lack of appraisals, insufficient recognition for valuable team members, a failure to acknowledge hardworking employees, very less salary hikes and a less-than-ideal HR department that makes judgments about employees without getting to know them thoroughly.

Great work culture. Reachable Manegement. Good Career growth as per your efforts.

Dislikes

HR policies are confusing and not get executed as per plan specially in the case of performance appraisal. During project development standard process is not getting followed.

Work Details

The job is bit challenging as you will need to work on very short deadline for many projects. In many cases one need work on multiple projects at the same time.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
