Getting 500pm as a compensation during Covid lockdown.Thats the only advantage. But too much work pressure and not able to have food at correct times during work from home. So extra 500 not matters.
EY is a company that gets over hype.This is the company to screw up your career growth.No other company have this much slow career growth.Their progression-promotion is a comedy,its not based up on the skill or performance of employee,but depends upon the interest of the manager to that employee and manager's skill to present about us to the leadership in annual appraisal.Also sometimes they are looking only at turbo ideas contribution not the process knowledge and that person's hardwork in team.I am an employee with 6+ years experience at EY.I have won 10+ excellence awards for exceptional client service at EY.But I am still not promoted to Senior,I am still an Associate.Managers will just blah blah unprofessionally during appraisal meeting.Also total salary comparing to my overall experience and skillset is too low as per IT standard. There is no option to report about our lead's inefficiency. If they want to harm us, we have to suffer.Also if we raise voice or speak out the concern we will get cornered. Worst politics, very bad hike.EY has the worst Talent team and HR policy.All Talent/HR team members are proud.They are not exist to help the candidates,but to show their attitude.They are providing offers depends on their mood.Also totally unprofessional and bad behavior to candidates, especially to girls....Read More

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

The culture in my team (Business Consulting) is good. It’s a hybrid working model and increment and promotion system is good. Work pressure is usually manageable but highly depends on clients too. Overall a good experience!

Hardly anything good other than office parties, huddles and hybrid working model. Job security is there just because they won't easily fire you as even they know that won't be able to get a replacement as good as you in that petty budget.
