No one is supporting.even reporting person also not support. While joining said you need to work from home no need to come in office, after few days said u need to report daily basis in office. It's very pathetic service and lot's of work pressure here.

The management is relaxed in terms of granting the leaves even if it is unplanned. No one disturbs during off time and after office hours. People are around to provide helping hand whenever stuck. Hikes and bonus is better than most companies around.

Dislikes

Lesser projects with better technologies and lesser growth opportunities in terms of tech stack. Many legacy applications are still operative which requires people to work on legacy technologies.

A good dynamic work culture in the organisation with opportunity to network with colleagues. People are often approachable and inspiring confidence among the freshers.

Dislikes

Multiple restructuring instances for me. After a year of working, I was transferred among three different teams and two different competences within a span of two weeks.

Overall a good organisation. Good benefit are provided like variable pay, health insurance, leave policy, learning opportunities. Work culture totally depends on the project. Good project will give great work life balance. Good work is highly appreciated.

Dislikes

Lack of technical experts, people in higher designation are really expert in managing, but SMEs are rare to find. Resource utilisation is really poor, always look to hire talent instead re-using and re-training existing employees. If the project is not good, then there is not work life balance.

Hardly anything good other than office parties, huddles and hybrid working model. Job security is there just because they won't easily fire you as even they know that won't be able to get a replacement as good as you in that petty budget.

Dislikes

Too much of internal politics, linguistic & regional favoritism and division in between teammates and sub teams. Hardly any good appraisals either. Overtime is highly normalized, expecting you be available 24x7 for them.

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

This is big firm but having multiple small teams which makes a full big organization, so ultimately you will be working under one partner & size of the team would be 50-100 so, it's similar to startup company, 2. You will feel lot of micromanagements. 3. there will be No guarantee for your job, any time they can say you TATA, Bye-Bye. 4. Chargeability concept is very bad, even after working 8 hours you might have to show that you did nothing. 5.
