The organisation has some great policies for employees
Everyone there will treat you only like a resource. There is a lot of blame games happening at the end of the engagement. Promotions are difficult to get, you will have to work day and night to get 1. When it comes to giving rating most of them behave very weird and reluctant to give recognition. You will willing end up putting down your resignation

huge politics at all level. your peer will try every possible way to pull u down. Same is with leadership team, manager n sr managers group. they will not promote their internal talented profiles rather would hire managers from outside. And in span of 3 years you will be shown way towards exit.

But they have way more variations in reasons to not promote you, basically nothing is enough. Work life balance is good in core business services domain. If you got good manager you will really enjoy working here.Most of managers are really good, few are really amazing.
Few managers/supervisor are very rude, they will behave like they are king/queen of the world. And people reporting to them are their slave. They will keep finding reason to poke you, they will make you beg for leaves as well. God forbid if you request for wfh arrangement for a week or 2.

Hardly anything good other than office parties, huddles and hybrid working model. Job security is there just because they won't easily fire you as even they know that won't be able to get a replacement as good as you in that petty budget.
Too much of internal politics, linguistic & regional favoritism and division in between teammates and sub teams. Hardly any good appraisals either. Overtime is highly normalized, expecting you be available 24x7 for them.

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done
