Shift Hrs is bit concern for me its 9:30 hrs job.

I handle here Operation department. I have a team of 15 people under me. My job is to get the order fulfilled at any cost. once the order is received in the system unless it is not getting delivered to the customer is our operation role.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
