Great place to work at. Has a lot of Learning, Development and Employee Benefit Programs. They keep on introducing new benefits every month, helping employees be a part of the entire network

Dislikes

Infrastructure can be better in the Mumbai based offices. The other offices across India are top notch.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
