No experienced management. No professionalism Cornering employees Only willing to create dramas and maintain terror Management who interviews have 0 idea about the profile. Women's are filthy and insecure there, would fall any low in and against women's itself to ruin their image and character. Risky for candidates who are talented. Pretty narrow minded crowd. Such atrocity they have towards employee. They don't even consider employee safety. Even though city had rain alert by government they want people to come to their bloody office and work. Minimum WFH needs to be provided if things went otherside.

Toxic work culture, strict work from office for five days policy even in emergency, internal politics, lot of favouritism, strict 9 hours policy, upper management lacks technical knowledge, very unprofessional people, don’t have manners to talk to employees.

Awesome company with commitment management

Encouragement for self development and learning new skills. Employee is given their time for task completion. They treat every employee equal so no bias within colleagues. All cultural festivals are celebrated with same enthusiasm and hr arranges some fun activities too.

They should have flexible work hours. Should adopt hybrid work mode for employees instead of complete onsite mode.
