Appraisals are good. Even during the time of joining they give a pretty hefty package.
1. This company is good for people who live in nearby location. For people who live far away from the office location they’ll find that they are stuck in a constant cycle of hectic living. 2. People working over here should be extra careful about their health because if something happens to you, you’ll have to use up the leaves with no guarantee of wfh. So you cant afford to fall ill or injure yourself during your tenure in this workplace. 3. Discrimination at its best. If you are close to your manager, discussing unwanted personal details among yourselves then they’ll favour all your unprofessional behaviours. 4. Nothing but timely salary
Such atrocity they have towards employee. They don't even consider employee safety. Even though city had rain alert by government they want people to come to their bloody office and work. Minimum WFH needs to be provided if things went otherside.

I like the option they provide to express yourself online.
1. Horrible work culture with arrogant higher management specially CFO and CHRO intentionally screaming the juniors on the floor arrogantly. 2. CFO, CHRO bring their loved or known people in the company (May be to earn referral benifits and to dominate them over others) 3.Unprofessional people are referred by them from their past organization with higher salaries than those who are proficient. The referred employees are dominating the hardworking and proficient guys. 4. CFO often seen crying loudly in his cabin while speaking over personal calls and as soon as he finishes the call, he becomes the monster and violent and start screaming the junior (Whom he not offered the job in the company) on the floor loudly in very cheap language with the intention of removing the person out of the organization. 5. CHRO also often found crying in MD's cabin, also does not have sense to speak to the junior staff, speaks in very cheap language and loudly on the floor to show off and to get the attention of others on floor. 6. CFO and CHRO are unable to handle the big size team so they get irritated. 7. One of the female employee in finance team which had been working with HDFC ERGO earlier and was employed by ERGO with reference of CFO and CHRO, she becomes friendly with everyone on floor and update each and every micro thing to CFO and CHRO and then the drama starts. 8. Thrice a week the screaming session happens without any reason. 9. High job insecurity, as CFO and CHRO directly tell the employee that they have more resumes with them if they dont listen them then employee will be out. 10. CFO and CHRO ask employee to work for late night and even on weekends, also they dont provide any food or transportation facilities. 11. CFO openely says that when company have 12 hours of work then people are hired for 9 hrs of work, then have to stretch everyday. 12. Many POSH cases happened but always hide by CHRO and the victim always suffered due to fear of losing job. 13. CFO and CHRO hired one of person at higher level who had POSH case in his past organization. 14. CHRO blamed two of her subordinates that if she gets heart attack or brain stroke while screaming/shouting them then they both will responsible for this. Very strange, she tried to put her existing disease on them just to hang them in false case. 15. CHRO sends her juniors to each desk to put positive feedback online. 16. CEO is great ... if you want to learn there is no limit. Very formal , informal culture. Not much bureaucracy as of now.

Encouragement for self development and learning new skills. Employee is given their time for task completion. They treat every employee equal so no bias within colleagues. All cultural festivals are celebrated with same enthusiasm and hr arranges some fun activities too.
