It's very good atmosphere in our Equitas bank and good employee benefit policies. I have learnt many things in this organisation which is different from other organizations and also bank. There is very senior and supporting management which is help to us in every difficulties and do his duty in fair & Transparent manner .

Myself feeling not well in promotion and appraisal process only... Not considering the performance, and not even try to accept the L1 Level feedback, there is no 1 - 1 contact from CASA RO - L2, L3, L4 or more. only following the L2 level feedback.

I feel happy when i m join this bank. Cause of i'm re join after 14 years back. Emp care benefits are good.

Dislikes of Bank. 1 - Work life balance 2 Time limits are no for working 3 - Every Holiday we are working 4 - When we take leave on that day also we are in touch with our staff. Means we are Working on Holiday & On Leave both. 5 - In our working lots of con call happen with us and we don't have time for communication with our ground level staff .

Cpc need improvement basic information to branch and need to be changed processing for dvu and D1 d2 qc it's too late and so branch staff not reached to customer expectation.

Equitas is very much advantage for new freshers or new joiners to banking industry if performance satisfy to the level we will get easy promotions it special for sales people

For operations it is disadvantage there is no incentive structure or HIGH LCRS for operations team
