Working culture is friendly to work in this organisation.

Dislikes

In this organisation nothing is to be dislikes , But suggestions are there to share . Basic compensation for low level employees needs to be increased . This is just a suggestion which needs more attention.

Work Details

It's a balanced one while working in equitas.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
