Companie's culture is not upto the mark, worklife balance is pathetic, if I will be in the job the next day is a big question, work satisfaction I not good.

It's very good atmosphere in our Equitas bank and good employee benefit policies. I have learnt many things in this organisation which is different from other organizations and also bank. There is very senior and supporting management which is help to us in every difficulties and do his duty in fair & Transparent manner .

Need more updates in software & If need permission in an emergency situations not getting. Not getting leave. 6 months once only we get the leave. We are doing work and activity by 6am in leave days.

Equitas is very much advantage for new freshers or new joiners to banking industry if performance satisfy to the level we will get easy promotions it special for sales people

For operations it is disadvantage there is no incentive structure or HIGH LCRS for operations team

In one word banks transparency policy..

Time taking process at HO and poor IT system it takes more time in small small work.. which cause at branch level we have loose Business.. also in HO many of are not properly knowledge of our national language. Otherwise bank are best place to work..

(1)As per compared to Business Development manager no any sells target but operation Manager much sells products target. (2)Without proper any time launched new software. (3)No proper tranning and every day new Process change. (4) No any mandatory leave provided by bank in BM and BOM.

Back end process and no support from backend team and we facing so many problems in front of customers and no marketing in out side so many of even don't know our bank name also no add no hordings in popular places in malls
