It's my pleasure to be a part of the Enzen family. The working environment is very familiar. In your worst periods company supports you and it never left your hand. It sharpen your talent and bring the best out of you. It allows you to lead and implement your plans and support you when you stuck in any situation. The sinior and supper sinior level support is very good. When ever you need any kind of support and suggestions you can call them and they are definitely available for you. During COVID19 lockdown period the project was completed on 31st May 2020. As the project was completed and we had already lost our jobs. During such epidemic crises, we can't move any where to get any job. Dislikes

Growth is very slow mainly for the off role employees. The work pressure is very high. I have to receive phone calls from my consumers 24 hours even if I was in leave then also I have to attend them. Appraisals and promotions are mainly base on the marks given by your reporting managers. Insufficient training programs for the freshers.

I am working as Junior Manager O&M in Angul Division. My responsibilitie is to maintain the steady power supply and Planning for preventive maintenance ,increas in billing efficiency , input management and compairing the results and preparing MIS.
