1. Work-life balance takes a hit because of compulsory late night hours to interact with foreign team members. 2. Job security is not at a satisfying level. Some managers do indulge in a sort of power harassment, where extra work is demanded at the whims of job insecurity. 3. Work satisfaction and promotion/appraisals are not at satisfactory levels.

The Company culture at entrata is superb. Team work helps us to achieve the goals in the timely manner. They allow us to work with the flexible hours and from the comfort of the home.
