Large global product-based company with over 800 engineers in Pune, engaged in end to end property management solutions. Core product developed in PHP & also used other languages. Flexible timings and options to work from home now, not sure how long :) Emphasis on individual learning & growth, providing opportunities for skill development. Tenured team members contribute to a wealth of product knowledge. Engineers get supports from various specialized teams, including architects, devops & cloudops. Exposure & visibility in a company that is growing & implementing new initiatives is really good. Many things to learn from tech perspective, has a great backend system that no one can think of. Great level of development backend has been created which is fully automated and adds a next level of support to the engineers development environment. Thorough release process & automation. Extensive use of AWS stack. Great place for engineers to understand the entire product development lifecycle. So many things to learn but it all depends on the individual how much they can grab & encash the opportunity. Positive environment for managers for leadership development. Sometimes salary concerns are mainly for tenured employees and need to get them align with the overall market on which work is up and it should be fixed sooner the better. If we want to work from the office more, we should revisit the collaboration hours so it would be more consistent.

Work culture is the best in Entrata. Also, the flexibility of timing is also one of the best policy to work according to our time and complete the work assignment in given time. Good learning sessions are the affecting the engineers to improve on their technical knowledge.

Dislikes

The evening calls is one of the factor where needs to control on, so that individuals can be spends more evening time with family. The salary increment for the old employees needs to correct as per the new resources joining.

I got to learn many new technologies here at Entrata over the years and every time got support from my leaders and coworkers. With recent changes to new people replacing the top management is concerning to me for my job security.

I have been working with Entrata India (fka Xento Systems Pvt Ltd) since Nov 2011. Entrata is a very unique and best place to work in. I have had so many opportunities to grow here and I really thank my mentors, leadership, teams, and company for the trust. I enjoy working with Entrata because Entrata values their employees, and we can truly experience a good balance in work and personal life.
