Work Details

As a part of DBA team, I deal with the database administration stuff. Here, we have around 100+ databases mainly on PostgreSQL, AWS PostgreSQL RDS, AWS Aurora RDS, etc. running 24*7 .

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
