There is literally nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Salary will never be given on time. If you join for 1 year, you can expect at most 9 months salary (yes, you can forget 3 months salary) that too will be delayed by months, they will come up with the most stupid reasons to not pay on time and the finance team is a joke here. The ceo will tell all the managers things are getting better but that's just a bunch of BS. They don't even give employers contribution of epf for months. Ex-employees who left 2 years ago are still asking for FNF lol. They don't even give form 16, the reason is obvious. Everyone pretends everything is normal but nothing is professional here. Pls do not join this company, being jobless is better than having a job in engagely....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
