At enfuse i like the work culture most, the people at this place were so friendly and helpful hence i would definitely like to work again in future for sure.

Dislikes

The only thing which bothers me was lack of recognition and rewards. Which somehow demotivating and it effects on overall work.

The role involved managing more than 150 people across different sub processes (BLIs). The SLAs are achievable however it requires excellent team management to manage the volumes. The productivity and quality are excellent & client centric

Working from past 11 months. Overall it was a great experience, the work culture is quite chill and the employees, managers all are very supportive and very professional related to their work. I had got to learn a lot of new things, which i was not aware of. So for me it was a quite good opportunity especially during the time pandemic, this was a great opportunity for me. Thiers no such thing I dislike, but regarding the terms and policies for contractual employees their must be some leave benefits. Because it gets difficult to digest the deduction from the salary because of one extra leave. So regarding the leave they must get some new policies for contractual employees. Other than that all is good.

I'm in AFLAC. So my work is basically to check the claim forms, their are certain things we have to keep in mind and to be very careful while filling up the forms. Their should be no mistakes while submitting the claim forms.
