Pointers which was Like:- In my tough time (Covid) The Enfuse trust me and given opportunity to work that was a memorable thought I remember ever in my life. Salary would be credited on time and if its late then the Enfuse team let us know prior. Week-off policy was good and we can spent more time with our family.

Pointers which was Dislike :- Enfuse should offer Mediclaim instead of ESIC. Transits(Movement) is very main point which was happened as per business requirement only those peoples who are working vigilantly and given 100% effort. What I like about Enfuse is work culture and managements are insanely understanding and co-operative and most important part managements are very very very less biased and playing politics are very less. If you find anything wrong and you are not getting remuneration as per your performance you can speak with your managers and if not resolved you can talk to directors and the directors are insanely generous specially Imran Ansari....Read More

I didn't found anything where I can say dislike. If you want to work with freedom or relaxation means you don't want to be in get into the office politics biasness then it's the best company.

Work life balance is good and co-ordination between employees are great. Management is fine. Many more opportunities to grow your skills and learn better. Flexibility in job timings. Salary is credited on time.

Favorize between employees at the time of appraisal and promotion. Lack of career growth. Lack of festival vibes by the organization. Bias on the judgement during event and monthly reward. Hard work in neglected.

It is an Growing Company. I love that i'm the part of the company which Senior or Manager makes you valuable in the firm. Company even provide monthly and quaterly awards to the employee on their performance.

It is great work place for a fresher. Directors are really good. Lots of events & rewards.

Dislikes

Your query will never solved by managers on time. Appraisals are not negotiable you have to accept it any how. Bathrooms are un-clean & smelly, Sometimes handwash is empty for weeks.
