Compensation is not given as per industrial standards. Rest all is either good or manageable.

Almost handled a team of 40 people for more then 15 months but have not been given any lead position on paper and was getting paid very less as compared to my work, infact some of the people who were working under my supervision were earning more then 50% then me, that was quite disappointing 😓.

It is great work place for a fresher. Directors are really good. Lots of events & rewards.

Dislikes

Your query will never solved by managers on time. Appraisals are not negotiable you have to accept it any how. Bathrooms are un-clean & smelly, Sometimes handwash is empty for weeks.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
