Pointers which was Like:- In my tough time (Covid) The Enfuse trust me and given opportunity to work that was a memorable thought I remember ever in my life. Salary would be credited on time and if its late then the Enfuse team let us know prior. Week-off policy was good and we can spent more time with our family.

Pointers which was Dislike :- Enfuse should offer Mediclaim instead of ESIC. Transits(Movement) is very main point which was happened as per business requirement only those peoples who are working vigilantly and given 100% effort. Management level and Managers are supportive on face but on behind they was not fair - Not all. Promotion/Awards bases of relationship or person bound not bases of performance involved Manager not all. Manager treat not in a good way which was impacted to associates not talking about all. I really enjoy working at EnFuse because of the collaborative atmosphere and the supportive team environment. The leadership is very transparent and encourages open communication, which makes it easier to contribute ideas and feel heard. The work itself is interesting and challenging, which keeps me motivated and engaged.

Dislikes

The only thing to consider is the company's location. Fortunately, the company operates from two locations, but i believe as it continues to grow, we will eventually see it move to a more prime area like Mindspace, Reliable or Godrej, which are grest business hubs

Work life balance is good and co-ordination between employees are great. Management is fine. Many more opportunities to grow your skills and learn better. Flexibility in job timings. Salary is credited on time.

Dislikes

Favorize between employees at the time of appraisal and promotion. Lack of career growth. Lack of festival vibes by the organization. Bias on the judgement during event and monthly reward. Hard work in neglected.

enfuse gives the job security to its employee .

Dislikes

only company which i came across is that nearly 50% or may be more employee are relative friend and family of the directors and manager. which hamper an employee in terms of rewards and recognition as the other relative are directly reporting to their immediate family member which at the end turns in the their favor (over all biased management)
