Only Manager and Director level peoples can work here, Because these people have so much monopoly here that it cannot be expressed in words, They act as if the company belongs to their father, Everything is in our hands, we will decide what to do. we will give importance to whoever follows us. Such an unqualified Director in finance is sitting on that post. No matter how smart the employee working under him is, his value is zero, I didn't want to leave the company but I got tired of the hassle and went away Maybe that's what those people want too.
