As such there are no likes. Even the google reviews are fake by higher management.

Dislikes

1. Higher Management uses Abusive languages to junior and to the team members to get the work done. If reported to HR head,he ask us to ignore as most of the pioneer of the abusive culture is crafted by the higher management with their group of battalions. 2. They are more interested in playing Political Office league. 3. If your highly qualified and skilled than higher management or reporting manager. You get terminated without giving you a reason. 4. Our so called Higher Management are very good in Micromanagement. Even if you come 5 minutes late you get alert emails. So Empaxis is not good company from culture,salary and learning prespective. Please never join this company my 3 years life was waste....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
